2013: NarraSpark Origin

Fullstack HQ founder, Peng, began working with Bootstrap in 2012 and developed themes for sale. He was hired by Kybotech Ltd's CEO as a remote developer to create templates and convert their e-commerce site into mobile-friendly. Peng expanded his team, forming NarraSpark, Inc. in Clark Freeport Zone, Philippines. The company grew rapidly and was acquired by Kybotech Ltd in 2015.

In 2021, Peng, Carlet Enriquez and Juan Karlos Labajo founded The Rocket Inc., aiming to reinvent freelancing. They launched Raket.PH and NarraSpark, an online marketplace connecting Filipino experts with local and international businesses. The platform has gained significant engagement and aims to simplify online hiring for experts and clients alike.
